• Rental Property Management. - Property values and return on investment should all improve with dedicated and professional management of your residential and commercial rental properties.  We will look after regular inspections, repairs and maintenance, and supervising tradespeople.  We will work to get the right tenants into your building, deal with those people that don't belong in your building, collect rents, and manage the paperwork associated with rentals.  Our team includes a handyman and a housekeeper. 

• Vacation Rentals - We will handle the rental of your vacation cabin or cottage.  Attention to reservations, maid service, collecting payments, key pick-up, and guest relations will help to ensure that your guests enjoy their stay and come back again.

• House Checks - Snowbirds, seasonal residents, investors - if for any reason you have to leave your house unoccupied for a few days or several months, don't leave it unattended.  We will check your property to your specifications and on the schedule you require for peace of mind and insurance purposes.  

• Property Maintenance - If you don't have the knowledge, time or inclination to handle all your household chores, we will take care of it for you -   whether it involves cleaning the gutters, putting on or taking off the storm windows, scheduling and overseeing annual furnace maintenance, or taking care of the many little repairs that never seem to get done.  Ideal for seniors, single people, and very busy people.

• Lawn care - We have a crew of lawn mowing experts ready to trim and manicure your lawn, or tame your overgrown field.
